Vintage Rose and Blossoms Cake with Lace
This cake is based on beautiful muted soft tones of dusky pink and neutrals and the classic rose.
Dusky pink sugar roses and a selection of blossoms in shades of pink and brown top the cake and form a band around the middle, carefully placed between the second and third tiers.
A chocolate brown satin ribbon is overlaid with lace to soften the colour on the second and bottom tiers - the top and third tiers are simply trimmed with ivory satin ribbon.
This pretty floral cake would be perfect for a spring or summer wedding but could also be easily adapted to suit other seasons by changing the flowers and colours.
As shown the cake serves approximately 120 small portions and costs £525.
Diamante Lily Cake
A two tier cake with a clear acrylic separator, this simple, uncluttered cake is given a little sparkle with a diamante trim around the base of each cake and a sugar lily with diamante centre.
Perfect for smaller weddings, the two cakes as shown will serve approximately 50 portions with tea/coffee at a cost of £200.
Additional tiers could be added if required to increase the servings (contact us for cost details).
A stylish cake in pure white, or you could incorporate a hint of your colour scheme or flowers in the lily.
Cherry Blossom Cake
A funky design using square cakes, the idea was to create a new style of wonky cake which was pretty as well as fun. Wonky-style cakes do lend themselves to humorous designs but this cake shows another option - the sweet and simple floral scheme.
The topper is wired sugar cherry blossom and the sides of the cakes are adorned with sugar branches and matching blossoms.
The sizes shown here will serve approximately 90 small portions and costs £475.
Other flower types and colours would work equally well to create a unique cake.
Tulips Cake
Tulips are such a beautiful spring flower, a perfect choice for wedding bouquets as they are meant to represent a declaration of love. They are available in an array of colours but for this cake different shades of pink have been chosen for a fresh seasonal look.
Each tulip petal is individually cut from sugar then they are wired together to create the finished flower.
The cake also has fine piped detail around the sides and is trimmed with a narrow pink satin ribbon to echo the colours of the tulips.
The three tiers shown will serve approximately 110 finger portions and costs £500.

Lace and Diamante Cake with Ruffles
Inspiration for a cake can come from many sources but for this one was inspired by the beautiful wedding dresses on the catwalks at the moment - detailed lace with diamante and ruffles.
The result is a tall and elegant five tier stacked cake with alternating tiers of lustred hand-piped lace and a plain, smooth finish with satin ribbon, the addition of ruffles on the bottom tier completes this elegant design.
A diamante brooch holding gathered satin ribbon mimics the waist area of the dress and this simple detail coordinates beautifully with the intricate work of the tiers above and below.
One of the advantages of this cake design is its versatility - it would work equally well in a scaled-down version with three or four tiers for smaller weddings and could even have an additional bottom tier for larger celebrations if necessary.
Bow and Blossoms Cake
Guest numbers at weddings can vary from a few to several hundred, with many standard-sized three tier cakes serving 100 - 200 small portions. The idea for this cake was to create a smaller three tier cake which didn't compromise on stylish design, taste or quality by using exactly the same ingredients as in the larger cakes.
Using cakes of 4", 6" and 8" and keeping the decoration pretty but uncluttered gives a three tier cake suitable for smaller, more intimate weddings where guest numbers or budget may make a larger cake inappropriate. This cake will provide approximately 80 small 1" x 1" portions for serving with coffee at a cost of £250.00.
The cake is shown here in black and white but would be equally effective in another colour, which is available at no extra cost so long as the style of decoration remains exactly the same. Character Vehicle and Chocolate Cake
A new character cake, incorporating your choice of vehicle with driver and passenger faces.
The vehicle is carved from the top tier and sits on two lower tiers which are both coated in chocolate frosting and chocolate sticks.
Some sugar blossoms complete this fun cake.
The cake will serve approximately 140 small portions at a cost of £450.

Cala Lily and Monogram Cupcakes
Cupcakes, with a top tier combine the ability to give each guest their own, individual cake whilst also having a cake for the couple to cut for photographs.
The top tier is decorated with beautiful purply blue cala lilies and a elegant oval monogram of the couples initials, these details are carried through in the cupcakes, with three different types of decoration to denote the different flavour of cakes inside.
Cupcakes are available in the same range of flavours as the main cakes, choosing two or three flavours will offer your guests a choice.
Prices for cupcakes start at £4 each, the top tier is £60.
Cake stands are available to hire, a security deposit, which is refunded on the safe return of the stand is also payable.
